Dear Editor,

The commercial Bank of Rwanda management should think of a way to improve services by either increasing the number of tellers or establishing more branches in Kigali city alone.

I think the number of customers is increasing on a daily basis and there should be immediate measures to facilitate the increased numbers.

We are so tired of lining up for long hours. Please deal with this problem.
