The "Diamonds” singer looked cool and collected on Thursday, Jan. 31, as she made her way through New York City on her way to a flight bound for Los Angeles.The 24-year-old star showed off her asymmetrical punk-rock hairstyle (the left side of her head is shaved while long wavy extensions billow to her right, during a stroll through the city. She topped off the look with a colorful shirt featuring a car design and an oversized fur vest. The singer also wore loose-fitting jeans and tan desert boots.The songstress is no stranger to attention-grabbing hairstyles, having rocked edgy side-swept bangs, bright red curls and a demure bob at different points of her career.In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, the Barbados beauty opened up about her controversial relationship with Chris Brown, 23."I decided it was more important for me to be happy,” she told the magazine about her decision to rekindle their romance. "I wasn’t going to let anybody’s opinion get in the way of [my happiness].”"Even if it’s a mistake, it’s my mistake,” she continued.
