Rwanda’S Oliver Havugimana advanced to the third round of the International Tennis Federation (ITF) East African Junior Circuit currently going on in Nairobi after beating Russia’s Tie Igamberdyen7-6 , 6-2 to set up a third round clash against South Korea’s Hou En Chen, who ousted Sudan’s Adam 7-5 6-2.Ernest Habiyambere failed to go past the second round after falling to Turkey’s Oztuzun Charles 2-6 1-6.The tournament is an ITF ranking event and has attracted participants from 34 countries. It has seen foreigners taking the drive seat giving the locals little chance.The event has taken the usual trend with foreigners taking charge of proceedings.
