They should be avoided at all costs.Below are some of those no eat foods;Soft drinksAccording to LiveStrong.com, drinking one or more regular sodas each day, which contain 33 g of sugar and 137 calories per 12 oz., can push an otherwise good diet over the limit of calories that you burn. Not only does soda increase one’s weight but also adds zero nutritional benefits.Diet sodas boost stroke risk and are linked to kidney damage and obesity according to Gerald Ruzindana, a Nutritionist with Amazon Nutrition Centre, Remera."People should instead consume drinks with little or no chemicals such as natural fruit juice, water and tea as opposed to soda which also has high sugar content”, he advises.French Fries/ChipsFrench fries or chips are a favorite for many people. However they not healthy at all. French fries are said to have 539 calories per serving, mostly from their 28 g of fat according to Livestrong.com. According to Ruzindana, French fries fall in the category of junk foods. "A lot of cooking oil is used to prepare them. Therefore, they not healthy because they can easily lead to obesity”, he says.Doughnuts Doughnuts are made up of flour, artificial flavors and a lot of refined sugar which is all not healthy. Doughnuts are also made using oil therefore fats.Ice creamAnother of those favorites for both young and old but very high in sugar and milk. Over consumption is therefore not advisable according to the Nutritionist.Ruzindana adds that this too is high in fat because of the milk therefore calling for less consumption.Milk shakeMilkshakes also have high-calorie sugar and fat thus making them unhealthy foods that should be avoided. MuttonMutton is said to have a lot of natural oils according to Ruzindana, the Nutritionist. "These oils can lead to lifestyle diseases and obesity. Since most types of meat have their natural oils”, he advises.  "They should be boiled instead of frying them while cooking”, he says.
