Editor,Valid analysis, Carlos Mwizerwa. The fastest growing economy in Sub-Saharan Africa is Ethiopia and until his passing on, Zenawi Meles had managed it like a CEO of a company. Rwanda is the fastest growing economy in East Africa and the President is its CEO.
