Editor,I wish to thank Sam Kebongo for pointing out (in his article, "Why are we not in South Africa? The New Times, January 26, 2013) this lack of consistency in East African football as I had the same unanswered questions in my mind. Could Kebongo’s voice be heard by those in charge of our youngsters and promote a more aggressive and passionate commitment.
