Dear Editor,The decision to eye medical tourism is a very good initiative to boost tourism as well as modernising the Health Sector. However, we also need to improve our existing facilities and have more medical experts. This will only be achieved by liberalising the health sector and providing incentives to invest in the health sector like what is done in ICT and other areas. We also need to send more Rwandans abroad to specialise in strategic medical disciplines.
