President Paul Kagame arrived in Davos, Switzerland, yesterday, for a three-day World Economic Forum under the theme, "Resilient Dynamism.”A regular participant in the forum, President Kagame will be in several panels that will discuss Africa’s economic growth and the untapped potential for agriculture investment, a statement said. Tomorrow, the President will be a panelist in a session entitled, "Challenges and Transformation Shaping Leadership Context in Africa,” the statement said, adding that he will then join African leaders, including Gabon’s Ali Bongo, Ethiopian PM, Hailemariam Desalgn, Jakaya Kikwete (Tanzania), and South Africa’s Jacob Zuma in an interactive discussion on "Africa’s Promise: How can Africa’s leaders deliver on the continent promise?”President Kagame will also attend sessions focusing on the role of leaders in shaping the future.Founded in 1971, the World Economic Forum is an independent organisation committed to improving the state of the world by engaging leaders in business, politics, academics to shape global agendas.
