Police have launched investigations into the death of a Ugandan businessman who was found dead last Friday in Rutare sector, Gicumbi district in the Northern Province.Dickson Tinyinondi, 28, was a money changer who had come to Kigali to buy Rwandan francs. According to Badege, residents saw the car burning and alerted the police which found a burnt out car and some remains of the body, which were taken to Byumba Hospital for post-mortem.
