Dear Editor,I would wish to challenge (Rwanda Utility and Regulatory Authority) RURA to visit Kabeza Cell (Kicukiro District, Kigali City) to assess the performance of the KBS Transport Company (along the route). This would be a good lesson to them.

It would be good if they consider first what interests all the parties. Here, I mean the local population and those running the business.
