Editor, Please allow me to share with your readers the super service being rendered by Rwanda’s Immigration Department.On January 7, 2013, I submitted two online visa applications. Within 16 minutes, 1 received a confirmation from the online visa section that the visas had been approved. Besides, the requisite letters were already in my inbox. Kudos to Rwanda’s Immigration Department for their online visa application service which is plays its role effectively. The New Rwanda will continue to shine. A visit to this beautiful country, whether for business or for pleasure will always be a wonderful experience.  Clarence Fernandes
