IngredientsA packet of spaghetti 10 eggs 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 tablespoon butter1/2 cup chopped onionTomatoes, green pepper Preparations In a large saucepan of warm salted water boil the packet of spaghetti for 7mins. Drain out the water. Whisk eggs, salt, in a medium bowl. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan, let it heat for a min. Add the onions until they become crisp and golden for about 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes and green pepper onion until they become tender for about 2 minutes. Add the egg mixture. Stir the mixture until the eggs are softly set, about 4 minutes.Pour the mixture the large saucepan containing the boiled spaghetti and heat while stirring gently. Serve while it’s still hot.
