Editor,I was surprised to read the story about the arrest of three Rwandan students in India for eve-teasing.Rwandese people are so well mannered, peaceful and well cultured, that they cannot commit this type of offence. Even in Rwanda, they do not eve-tease ...why would they do such an act in a foreign land.I think there was misperception of the lady who complained against them, as she may not be aware of decency of Rwandese. She must have wrongly thought them as notorious African persons and got scared.I feel that justice will be served and these students get out of this problem as soon as possibleGod bless them.Thanks.Dr Sandeep Goyal, Orthodontist
