KIGALI - The Nigerian twin duo, P-Square Thursday morning arrived in Kigali ahead of their Friday concert organised by the Office of Tourism and National Parks (ORTPN) to grace the KWITA IZINA ceremony (gorilla naming ceremony) which started Wednesday in Musanze.

The crooners have climbed the fame ladder with their R&B-dancehall mixed tracks like "Busy body”, "Story”; and the most current, "Do me”, which has taken the air waves by storm.

They were received by ORTPN officials and the Minister of Sports and Culture, Joseph Habineza, who welcomed them in Rwanda.

"We are really happy to have our own African stars in Rwanda to grace this unique function of KWITA IZINA, and it gives the initiative a nice spice if African youth get involved in such things as gorilla conservation,” Habineza said.

The identical twins looked relaxed and casual in denim jeans and t-shirts, and they talked to the press during a pre-breakfast interview, sharing the limelight with Rafiki, a local star in Rwanda.

"I love this country, the scenery is nice and the city is undeniably beautiful, the women are beautiful too, network is fantastic! I can’t wait to move around,” said Paul, one of the twins.

They are going to perform a concert alongside José Chameleon from Uganda on Friday at Petit-Stade in Remera.
