THE Grammy Award-winning R ‘n’ B singer is back in the scene with a brand new ‘70’s-inspired music video ‘Mr. Incredible’ from her ‘K.I.S.S.’ album.Singer-songwriter and all around entertainer Mya, has just released her newest music video "Mr. Incredible”, the latest track from her seventh album "K.I.S.S. (Keep It Sexy & Simple)”. Director Derek Brown made her wear an afro in the clip, as he went for a throwback to the 1970’s for the concept of the music video, complete with the colours and effects reminiscent of the disco era, while giving it a home video texture. The storyline has Mya in a foamy bath as she prepares for a night of steamy passion with her lover. "Mr. Incredible” was voted by fans as their favorite track from the R ‘n’ B singer’s latest album "K.I.S.S.”, released in the U.S. earlier this year. Mya reportedly released the video for the track on Christmas Day as a gift for everyone who has supported her album. Mya is best known for her cover of Labelle’s 1975 hit "Lady Marmalade” which she recorded back in 2001 alongside pop star and "The Voice” mentor Christina Aguilera, rapper Lil’ Kim, and pop rocker Pink, for the soundtrack of musical film "Moulin Rouge!”. For that effort, she won her first and only Grammy Award to date, for Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals. With a decline in her popularity in the recent years, she bolted from her record label to go independent and signed up with an overseas record label, Manhattan Recordings, based in Japan, where she recorded two albums, one of which was "K.I.S.S.” and the other’s "Sugar & Spice”. In between recording those two albums, she went on the popular TV celebrity dance competition "Dancing with the Stars”, placing 2nd in the show’s ninth season.
