SONARWA, an insurance company, on Tuesday recognised the best 100 clients.The customers that were recognised make up 20 per cent of the company’s clientele who contribute 80 per cent of the insurer’s income, according to Jacob Erhabor, the Acting Managing Director of the Insurance Company.He said that the other 80 per cent of their clients are the ones who contribute 20 per cent of their income. "These are our long-term clients who bring in majority of the businesses we have which is why we want to reward them for customer loyalty. We don’t take our clients for granted, we value all of them and will continue doing this through giving them the best services,” he said.Erhabor stated that the company shall continue ensuring that customer care is ‘a national anthem for SONARWA after the Rwanda national anthem.’He also noted that there is a yearning gap for new products and innovativeness in terms of insurance for clients.Among those that were recognised include Bralirwa, Africa Risk stock brokers, Rwanda Development Board, Bank of Kigali and MTN among many others.Segun Osilowo, the Executive Director of SONARWA explained that they reward their most loyal clients every year to show them appreciation.He noted that the customers are in different categories, including brokers, agents and ultimate customers.Osilowo reaffirmed the insurer’s commitment to offer best services to their clients.Among SONARWA’s future prospects include establishing an alumni association which is expected to grow into a foundation that will have an impact on society, according to Pamela Abonyo, who is the Assistant Manager corporate Communications.
