Rwanda Housing Bank (RHB) has offered a financial package that will see Urunana Cooperative Society purchasing 16 houses for its members.

The houses valued at Frw45 million each are located at Garden Estate in Murama cell, Kinyinya Sector, Gasabo district.

Urunana members had to fork out Frw15 million for each unit before the Housing Bank could finance the project.
Under the agreement, the cooperative is to service the mortgage for 20 years at 14 per cent interest rate annually.

Gervais Ntaganda, Director General RHB said it is easy to finances groups as are easy to follow up and monitor.
