Editor,I wish to react to the story, Suspected robber shot dead, (The New Times, December 15). This means that the police have the right to kill suspects? Not even a sorry from the Police Spokesperson! The word ‘suspected’ in the title means there is still a long way to go before proving the suspect a robber.M.B, Kigali
