The body of deceased ADEPR pastor, Theogene Niyonshuti, is expected to be repatriated to Rwanda either today June 23, or Saturday June 24, according to his widow Assia Uwanyana.
Niyonshuti died in a car accident in Uganda on Thursday night, June 22.

"We are in the process (of repatriating the body),” Uwanyana told The New Times in a brief telephone interview on Friday, June 23.
She noted that Ugandan officials are collaborating with their Rwandan counterparts to get the body repatriated soon.

It is understood that Niyonshuti had traveled to Uganda for matters related to meeting up with some other preachers. On his way back, the saloon car in which he was with three other people, collided with a bus in Kabale district.
Three people died in the accident including Niyonshuti.
He was a pastor at ADEPR Muhima church. He was known for his humorous preaching style that he synched with street slangs.
He is survived by a wife and four biological children, in addition to about a dozen foster children that his family was taking care of
