It is that time of the year when Kigali is packed with thousands of tourists from across the world, with the majority touching down in the city to experience the beauty of the country, or Rwandan students in the diaspora returning home for summer holidays.

Hottempah’s TunaTaka Kuenjoy
Uganda’s Josh Baraka and Zagaziliion have jetted in to headline Hottempah’s TunaTaka Kuenjoy event slated for Saturday at Mundi Center.
Hottempah is a big local event known for its Ugandan music themed shows that attract the youth of Kigali in numbers.
Other artistes to perform at the event include Kivumbi King, E.T, The Target Band and Mike Kayihura.
Entrance to the show is at Rwf15, 000 early birds and Rwf20, 000 at the gate.
Friends of Amstel Festival
Nigeria's John Drille is scheduled to headline Friends of Amstel festival which will also take place this Saturday at the BK Arena.
Organised by Amstel Rwanda alongside RG consult, the event will also see Bwiza, Ariel Ways and Ish Kevin perform, and music blends by big DJs including Nep DJs and Pyfo among others.
Entrance to the show is Rwf10, 000 consumable.
Seka Live
Rwanda’s very own stand-up comedian Arthur Nkusi is back with another edition of Seka Live.
This Sunday at Camp Kigali, Arthur Nkusi will be joined by Daliso Chaponda, the Zambian-born Malawian stand-up comedian based in England, and Teacher Mpamire, the award-winning Ugandan stand-up comedian and content creator.
The event promises to be a hilarious night filled with laughter. Regular tickets are priced at Rwf10, 000, while VIP tickets go for Rwf15, 000.
