She was someone approachable and social.  Her death has saddened me.  There is a song we used to sing together called Tuzarwubaka (We shall build Rwanda).  Her patriotism was genuine and she believed in positive values. She was a woman with passion, a full time RPF cadre who strived to spread its ideology from the beginning so that Rwandans could understand it. People have been learning a lot  from her, especially women. She has been an exemplary leader. She performed well when she was head of the former Kigali Ngali province and when she was gender minister. ------------------------------------------------Fabiola Umutoni, a resident in Kicukiro districtI interacted with her when she was the minister of gender, family and social affairs.  I was still young but I liked her inspiring speeches, full of words of wisdom, and she used to talk about gender equality. I liked the way she treated all people without any kind of segregation.
