THE national U-19 Cricket team leaves for Kampala on Friday morning to take part in the 2012 Africa U19 Ladies tournament with an aim of finishing in the top two countries.The tournament, that is slated for December 8-10, is expected to be graced by hosts, Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Mozambique, Botswana and Tanzania.Speaking to Times Sports, the Rwanda Cricket Association, Chairman, Charles Haba, said the main target was to reach the finals to improve on the last edition’s third place finish. "Our target is to improve and going forward, we want to improve from number three to number two or be the champions, that is our main target this time” Rwanda will play Kenya on Saturday morning while Uganda takes on Botswana.In other morning fixtures Tanzania will take on Mozambique.In the afternoon matches Rwanda will play against Botswana, while Uganda takes on Kenya.On the second day of the competition, Rwanda come up against favourites and champions Uganda at Budo Cricket grounds, while Kenya plays Tanzania at Lugogo.In the other day’s fixture, Botswana will clash with Mozambique at Kyambogo.Rwanda will play Tanzania on Monday in the second last game as Mozambique awaits in the afternoon.Team Rwanda: Marie Josée Umuhoza, Jeanne d’Arc Akingeneye, Egidie Uwimana, Sarah Uwera, Diane Bimenyimana, Marie Raphaella Ganimana, Liliane Umuhoza, Pacifique Nyirandorimana, Nicole Ingabire, Delphine Cyuzuzo, Babyish Ishimwe, Claudine Uwase, Betty Mukunzi and Myliam Maina.
