The Uruguayan Cavani converted the ensuing penalty and flicked home a Hamsik feed before Inler wrapped up matters."A striker always wants to score, but it also takes respect for those we play against,” said Cavani, who had more chances in the game and moved onto 10 goals in the league.Inter Milan failed to convince, but moved onto 31 points, two adrift of Napoli, by winning 1-0 against Palermo thanks to a second-half own goal from Santiago Garcia.The Nerazzurri are now two point clear of Fiorentina, who drew 2-2 at home to Sampdoria to end a run of four home wins.
