The function begins at 6.30p.m and it is free to the public. Film aficionados will have the chance to vote for their favorite filmmakers.From December 1-7, fiction and documentary films will be screened in the cities of Kigali, Gisenyi and Butare as well as rural communities in Bugesera, Nyaruguru and Gatsibo Districts. These screenings will include public debates in schools and community dialogues. The GBV film script competition and festival are a project of the Goethe-Institut, GIZ, Plan International Rwanda with Plan Germany, KfW and Partnership Rhineland-Palatinate.@ Liz BarWant to rub shoulders with Rwanda’s movie stars?
