Embracing the traditional style of gospel music, 23-year-old Josh Ishimwe is preparing to make his grand debut concert slated for August 20, at Kigali Conference and Exhibition Village (former Camp Kigali). Josh's soulful voice and heartfelt lyrics have garnered attention and praise from gospel and Gakondo lovers.
Dubbed ‘Ibisingizo bya Nyiribiremwa,’ the concert marks a beginning of triumph and milestone to the artiste. Josh aims to create an atmosphere of worship and celebration, inviting the audience to join him on a spiritual journey through his music.

Commonly known for his songs in Gakondo genre like ‘Rumuri Rutazima’, ‘Amasezerano’, ‘Imana Iraduteturuye’ and ‘Reka ndate Imana Data’ among others. The singer revealed that more details regarding other headlines and tickets will be shared soon.
Born in 2000, the artist began singing at a young age when he was in Sunday school. With few vocal skills, he joined different singing groups when he was older, to serve the Lord while also practicing his talent. The singer began his professional music journey in 2020, he also plans to release more hymn songs and those he wrote.
