EditorThis is a very good analysis from Dr. Phil Clark. This shows that those who wrote the report (implicating Rwanda in DRC crisis) were either Human Rights Watch interns or corrupt individuals with clear motives to tarnish the image of Rwanda and to jeopardize the country’s progress.
