Editor,REFERENCE is made on the story titled, Kagame speaks out on international injustice’, The New Times, November 24. I must say that this is one of those powerful speeches our President has ever made; maybe among top two this year.

Indeed we are a small country but not a small people and by the way the world is yet to see how big we are! We need the next President to be as zealous, visionary, ambitious, patriot and strong as the current one. God bless you our President.
