He takes the Yellow Jersey from Canadian Pelletier Roy Remi of Team Qoubecor Garneau.Roy Remi is currently number five on the general classification after clocking 03h49’30’’18.Girdlestone Dyan came second after clocking 03h49’19’’7; Team UCC Merhawi Kudus is currently number three on general classifications after using 03h 49’23’’11. Team Eritrea’s Abebe Alem is fourth with 3h49’25’’13. Team Rwanda Kalisimbi rider Adrien Niyonshuti, who finished 18th on Stage One, occupies the sixth position on the general classification with 03h49’43’’31, while team mate Nicodème Habiyambere was Rwanda’s best finishing in the 14th position yesterday.
