Editor,I wish to react to a story published in The Sunday Times of November, 18, titled ‘Kagame rallies support for private sector growth’.It gives me courage and other nationals who really feel proud of their visionary leaders who give hope for the private and civil society sector. To act according to what is needed by them.Thanks our president and to individuals who have continued to invest in their home country without hesitation.
