Editor,I would like to say that Arthur Asiimwe (writer of this article) is brave and you said it right. The international community chose the ‘’selective amnesia’’. But whether they want it or not, M23 has a reason to fight, after 18 years of suffering and nothing will stop them from fighting for their rights at any cost. M23 or Mai Mai groups do not need help from outside to fight Kabila ‘s leadership. Their families were killed in DRC since 1994 by Interahamwe. Mobutu Seseseko did not want to protect them and you know what happened as a result. President Kabila has decided to follow the same wrong side and has failed to eliminate FDLR operating in DRC. I know DRC will one day get peace. Can you also please write an article with some research showing how the Habyarimana Army with interahamwe and the ineffectiveness of the governments of Zaire/DRC were root cause of what is happening now? Of course including the so -called NGO’s.NzambeReaction to an opinion piece sanctions on  M23 will not bring  peace , The New Times, 15.
