Rwandan youngster Mutsinzi, who played a couple of cup games for the senior team and also made some appearances on the bench in league games, could get adequate playing time in the main team and flourish under the former Al Ahly and Mamelodi Sundowns coach.

The youngster, who was summoned by Carlos Ferrer for the AFCON qualifier against Mozambique, joined Al Wahda in January 2023 from Rwanda second tier club Heroes FC. He was the main striker of the club's U21 team scoring seven goals before the season ended.
