Editor,I still don’t believe what I have been seeing since I arrived in Rwanda. "I would do whatever it takes to be a Rwandan, "said one Captain Ammar Algailari Ahmed from Khartoum recently.  In the past, nobody wanted to be Rwandan, even some Rwandans did not want to be called so I am humbled by the fact that, even foreigners now wish to be called Rwandans.
