Editor,IN response to an article entitled Producing all rounders should be priority for Rwanda’s education, published in The Sunday Times, I totally agree with you. I think in Rwanda, is not lack of facilities but rather lack of structures and organisational skills. I once stayed in Rwanda and from my observations; Rwanda has amazing talent in its young people.What is needed is a well defined structure and organisation for running and managing co- curricular activities in schools.Mberia, Nairobi
