Dear editor,

there are many things that tend to discourage us job seekers; we mostly capitalize on the fact that we should only be employed in government institutions forgetting that we should be creating our own businesses since the government institutions can’t accommodate the high increase in population of graduates.

Here are some of the things that discourage most of us when trying to get ends meet.

The fact that our so called employers never fulfill their obligations is lamentable. When most of us are busy trying to apply and designing our CV’s and preparing for the interviews, they already have their own people to give the jobs. This is unwanted corruption that should be stopped.
