Former Rwanda Volleyball Federation chairman, Senator Charles Uyisenga has been named as member of ‘Development Commission’ in the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB). "I am sure that you (Uyisenga) will serve with the devotion, performing you duties and responsibilities of professional manners, and the essential of development of volleyball,” a letter from FIVB President Dr. Ary S. Graça, seen by Times Sport, read in parts.In the letter, Dr. Graca noted that Uyisenga’s experience will constitutes an important role in developing volleyball on the African continent.On his part, Uyisenga, who resigned his post as Rwandan Volleyball Federation chairman after he was nominated to t the Senate, told this paper that he is overwhelmed by FIVB trust in him and he’s looking forward to the new task.
