Rwamagana–The quiet community of Musha sector, Rwamagana district, was yesterday plunged into mourning following the death of 20-year-old Emmanuel Ndayambaje, who was ran over by a speeding vehicle.Ndayambaje at the time of his death was in the company of a cousin and an older brother.
