Peanut butter cookies

Preheat oven to 190°C, then evenly apply cooking oil on the baking trays so that the cookies don’t burn while baking.  Lightly beat the eggs in a bowl. In the same bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, flour and bicarbonate soda.

Preparation time: - 30minsBaking time: - 15mins Ingredients 260grams of peanut butter200 grams of brown sugarA tablespoon of bicarbonate sodaEggs Flour Cooking oil (preferably olive oil) Preheat oven to 190°C, then evenly apply cooking oil on the baking trays so that the cookies don’t burn while baking.  Lightly beat the eggs in a bowl. In the same bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, flour and bicarbonate soda.

Stir the mixture until evenly blended. Get a tablespoon and evenly form a round shape while pouring the mixture onto the baking tray.

Also get a fork and lightly press it on the mixture on the baking tray to make required designs.  Bake for at least 10-15 minutes until the cookies turn light- gold. When they cool, store in an airtight container so that they don’t aerate. Serve with tea or coffee.
