Editor, I have heard that the government of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) has reopened its two border posts with Rwanda but imposed new restrictions. The government of DRC needs to treat traders well. Mistreating traders will not help DRC economically in the first place.Rwandans living in DRC deserve to be treated well like we treat Congolese residing in Rwanda.
