King James performs in Belgium

King James’ hit song "Narashize” depicts lovers struggling to define their love story, but for his Rwandan fans living in Belgium, who turned out for his show Saturday evening, there was no definition needed. It was clear and simple, they were in love. Once he stepped on the stage at the Audeghem Cultural hall, there was no hesitation by the fans in confirming their love for an artiste who had come all the way from Rwanda to give them what they had missed back home.Remarkably, King James, at just 22 years old, is said to be one of the leading musicians in the country, after winning the Primus Guma Guma SuperStar 2012 award.Whether it is his musical talent, dabbling in soulful melodies that he has come to perfect, or just having fun with the saucy item numbers in the country’s budding music industry, King James has come of age.The "Pala Pala” singer is currently touring Belgium and France. He is expected to perform at Salle Oasis de Noisy in Paris this weekend."James is performing in some parts of Europe as we speak but the main purpose of his trip is to complete recording of some songs on his up-coming album. Pastor P left for Europe without finishing work on some songs of his and he had scheduled to work with King James this week,” said Landry Jabo, King James’ manager. The singer is expected to return to Rwanda next week.
