Editor,The Ministry of Public Service and Labour should develop a systematic approach to define, measure and report on employment, unemployment and job creation issues in the economy. In the formal sector, it is very easy and a system can be developed within a month. In the informal sector, a system can be developed before 2012 ends. At best, we should have these figures by 2013, at worst by start of next financial year.
