Konshens thrills crowds that flocked Kyadondo rugby grounds.

The much awaited Golden Jubilee concert by Konshens more than lived up to its billing over the weekend, so much that organisers were visibly overwhelmed. With security beefed to the brim, fans were in for a party of their life time, and party they did.At 11:00pm, famous Jamaican dancehall artiste Konshens, real name Garfield Spence, hit the stage amidst wild ululation from the charged revellers.Owing to the Jamaican riddim culture of doing renditions to popular hits on the same instrumental, Konshens performed hit after another before doing his own.He then performed all Ugandan favourites, including ‘Gyal a Bubble’, ‘Bad Gal’, ‘Jah  Love Me’, ‘Gunshot a Fire’, ‘Don’t you Try Con Me’, and ‘Stop Signs’.But his ultimate crowd puller was ‘Do Summn’, which got everyone so crazy that when he abruptly slipped off stage after an hour’s performance, everyone went like: "We want more, we want more.” New Vision
