President Paul Kagame is among several Heads of state who will grace Uganda’s Golden Jubilee Independence celebrations in Kampala tomorrow.The events begin with the inauguration of the Bujagali Hydropower Plant in Jinja later today before the official Independence Day, according to a statement from the President’s office.On Saturday, Kagame and other senior officials joined the Ugandan community in Rwanda to mark the Independence jubilee in Kigali.
