Editor,The writer of this article forgot to recognise the brains behind the Kigali Public Library. While the bulk of the funds to complete the library came from the government, the idea to build it and the first $1,300,000 came from the Rotary Club of Kigali Virunga. Without the idea, perhaps there would be no library today.
