Also, easy deployment of blended or collaborative learning, attaining high quality, needed infrastructure, ensuring norms or standards for IREME ry’Uburezi; nurturing activities as opposed to duplication and the usefulness of a meaningful education context in terms of ICT infrastructure penetration plus return on investment and consequently a commercially viable and sustainable Higher Institution of Education is what this one leadership and management University should anticipate to achieve; Just to mention but a few.And so, the issue of balancing operational efficiency without compromising the evolution of academic discipline is a process, not a deliverable within a fort night.
