The Rwanda Stock Exchange (RSE) gained impetus yesterday as it recorded a turnover of Rwf17,670,000 from 117,800 BK shares and 5,600 Bralirwa shares that were traded in six deals. The trading was higher than a day before, where Rwf1,950,000 traded in shares.

The trading was higher than a day before, where Rwf1,950,000 traded in shares. On Monday, 15,000 BK shares were traded in one deal. Yesterday BK shares Rwf130, unmoved from Monday’s closing price as Bralirwa shares traded between Rwf420 and Rwf421 and closed at Rwf 421, an increase of Rwf1. KCB share price remained at Rwf154 while NMG shares last transacted at Rwf1,200.At the end of formal trading hours, there was an outstanding bid of 1,000,000 BK shares at Rwf130 and outstanding offers of 150,500 shares between Rwf131 and Rwf132. On Bralirwa counter, there were outstanding bids of 58,200 shares between Rwf 386 and Rwf 420 and outstanding offers of 50,000 shares at Rwf 430 and there was an outstanding bid of 5,000 KCB shares at Rwf 150.
