The construction of Liberia’s culture center, the proposed home of the National Culture Center is said to be in Limbo. According to Inquirer, it has been disclosed that the Government of Liberia through the Ministry of Information, Culture & Tourism has asked FAC, the company that is constructing the culture village to pre-finance the work before any actual work can begin on the project.
