Miley Cyrus was last week facing battery charges by one of the attendees at a night club who claimed she had hit him during an argument. However, she was cleared of the charges.The 19-year-old was at a club with fiancée, Liam Hemsworth when she pushed the victim of the alleged attack and struck him in the face.According to TMZ, after a surveillance video surfaced, the video showed an argument between Miley, Hemsworth and another party at Beacher’s Madhouse in Hollywood but does not depict a punch being thrown or any physical violence of any kind evident enough to relieve Cyrus of the charges.Miley and Liam have both admitted that the argument started with the alleged victim bumping continuously into the actor’s chair.
