Editor,It is interesting to see how urban dwellers have significantly contributed to the Agaciro Development Fund (AgDF).I believe rural communities will benefit tremendously from the Fund.I congratulate Rwandans for this initiative and its transparency.Also commendable is how the Minister of Finance has come out to condemn forced contributions; that shows how open our society has come. This is a learning curve for us as Rwandans and many outsiders are taking note.
