Power couple James and Daniella thrilled hundreds of their fans to enchanting gospel performances at the Kigali Convention Center in a praise and worship concert dubbed ‘Gathering of 1000 worship’.

The renowned gospel duo with so much energy unapologetically left a mark in people’s hearts during their performances that shook the walls of the hall. From the beginning of the concert to the end, this couple gave everything they had while singing their songs along with their beloved fans who had a blast.

Kicked off right on time with the hosts Tracy Gasaro and Rene Patrick who did a very good job as well, the night was filled with exciting musical performances from this talented duo song after song.

Referring to the verse in Matthew 18: 20, "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the midst of them.

Before singing the song ‘Nkoresha’ James told everyone how the song inspiration came about.

"We were confused and didn’t have knowledge of the goodness and love of God. We spent a night crying and prayed that God uses us for what he called us for. After a few days this was made and since then we never asked ourselves such questions because God already had answered them all,” added Rugarama.

Rugarama urged the congregation to reflect on Jesus Christ. "Christians should not get tired of singing about Christ because it's what we will be doing for eternity.”

The duo which has been married for five years rose to stardom through different choirs including, Joyous Melody of Four Square Church in Kimironko and True Promises, one of the most popular choirs in Rwanda.

The concert ended at 10:30pm.
