Rwanda’s representative at Miss Supranational, Sabrina Kubwimana, was voted Miss Personality at the just concluded beauty contest held in Warsaw, Polland.Save from crowning the winner, the nine day long competition (5 september-14 September) also recognised a winner from each continent.
